Initiate Your Request
Log into your Homefire account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markers.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
